These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the buyer) and Toggery India (the seller). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
The seller ("we"/"us") refers to the owner of this store. Our legal name, address, and contact details are displayed on the website as required by law.
Each order is an offer to purchase. We confirm via WhatsApp. The contract forms on dispatch or explicit confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel orders before shipment. In case of cancellation by us, you receive a full refund.
We make every effort to accurately display product information. However, we do not warrant error-free descriptions or images.
If an item is mis-described or defective, our liability is limited to replacement or refund under our Return Policy.
Product pricing follows our Pricing Policy. Payment must be made in full at checkout via a secure payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store full payment details.
Any applicable GST or fees will be clearly itemized in your invoice.
Shipment and delivery follow our Shipping Policy. Delivery to the carrier address fulfills the contract unless otherwise agreed.
Transit risks are generally borne by the buyer once delivered to the shipping address.
Return, refund, and cancellation provisions are detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Customers have rights to return defective or mis-described goods. Durables may be returned within 15 days in original condition.

We acknowledge complaints within 48–72 working hours and resolve within one month.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods sold or their replacement. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.). Delivery dates are estimates in such cases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur.
