Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered from our store, in accordance with applicable Indian laws and consumer protection regulations.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms described in this policy.

1. Order Processing

Most orders are shipped within 2–4 business days of order confirmation (Monday–Friday). Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to force majeure; we will notify customers in such cases.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We use reliable courier partners. Standard shipping charges are displayed at checkout. All shipping fees are subject to applicable GST.

3. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery is usually 3–7 business days nationwide. Rural or remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and depend on courier schedules.

4. Packaging and Transfer of Risk

Products are securely packaged per legal guidelines. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. If items arrive damaged, report damage immediately.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. If tracking shows delivery issues, notify us and we will coordinate with the carrier.

6. Shipping Damages and Lost Items

Inspect all packages upon receipt. If a product is damaged in transit, notify us within 24 hours with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Return Policy.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item), we cover return shipping. If the buyer returns by choice, return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
