Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy is published in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and applicable RBI guidelines.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Cancellation by Buyer

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us. No cancellation fee will be charged.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return.

2. Right to Return

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, customers may return durable or semi-durable products within 15 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.

Note: Certain items (e.g., perishables, personalized goods) may be non-returnable; these are clearly indicated on the product page.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-described product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and issue a full refund or replacement.

4. Non-Defective Returns

If you change your mind, returns are allowed if the item is in original condition with all tags, original packaging intact, and within 15 days of delivery.

Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Method and Timeline

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item, as mandated by RBI guidelines.

6. Exchange

Initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. We refund the first purchase and you pay for the replacement (subject to stock availability).

7. Cancellations by Seller

If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued immediately, including any taxes and shipping charges.

8. No Unjust Fees

We do not impose undue cancellation or refund processing fees. Any applicable charges are limited to actual costs incurred and disclosed upfront.
